Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using company.inc ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an AI-powered company simulator that lets you build a virtual team of AI agents. Agents can use real integrations (Gmail, phone calls, Instagram, X/Twitter, file management) that you explicitly connect and authorize.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all actions taken by AI agents on your behalf, including emails sent, phone calls placed, and social media posts published to Instagram or X/Twitter.
• You must provide valid authorization (OAuth consent) before the App accesses any external service.
• You agree not to use the App for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

4. AI Agent Actions

AI agents act based on your instructions. While agents are designed to follow your direction, AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. You should review agent actions, especially emails, phone calls, and social media posts, before or shortly after they are executed. Posts published to Instagram or X/Twitter are live immediately and visible to your followers.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI agents will perform perfectly, that integrations will be uninterrupted, or that outputs will be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of the App shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emails sent, calls placed, or data processed by AI agents.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You can revoke all third-party access from your Google Account, Facebook Business Integrations, or X Connected Apps settings. Revoking OAuth tokens terminates all access immediately.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
